Sir Wilfrid Laurier Elementary School's
Hot Lunch and Fundraising system!

Our Hot Lunch Program is offered as a service to parents and students. It is also one of our biggest sources of fundraising. It is run completely by volunteer parents and relatives on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Ordering will be in 3 terms: September to December, January to March, April to June. Reminders with dates of ordering will be sent via email prior to each term. Payment can be made online by credit card or cheque. However, cheque is preferred, PAC paid $2,105.30 in Paypal / credit card fees in 2016-2017!! Please make cheque to SIR WILFRID LAURIER ELEMENTARY PAC with order number written on the cheque and dropped off at the Hot Lunch order box in the office. (No Cash Please.)

 

 


HOW TO LOGIN / REGISTER:

  1. First time users, click the “Register Here” button (see below). The system will   guide you through.

  2. Returning users, click the “Login Here” button to access your account.





Please note the following important information:

 

Due to the volume of orders, please take care in choosing foods that your child likes as there won't be any changes, cancellations, or refunds once the ordering for that term has closed.

 

If your child doesn't like the food ordered, it will be donated and sold to another child.

 

If your child will be absent, their lunch can be picked up at the lunch room at 12:00 at the latest. Lunches not picked up will be donated and sold.

 

If the teacher provides one week’s notice for a field trip, lunches will be cancelled and credit will be used for the following term. For cancellations during the March to June term, the money will be donated to the PAC.
