Hot Lunch and Fundraising system! 


1.      First time users, click the “Register Here” button (see below). The system will guide you through. You will need to register to view the menus (no obligation to order) or volunteer.

2.      Returning users, click the “Login Here” button to access your account, volunteer, check on your balance and place orders


Our Hot Lunch Program is offered as a convenience to parents and students and is one of our most popular fundraiser.  It is run completely by volunteer parents on Fridays twice a month (sometimes Thursdays). 


You can order for all of the lunch dates at once, or one at a time…the choice is yours! If you have more than one child at Fraser, you can order for them all in the same session, but one at a time – it guides you along.


Our Hot Lunch program ordering is grouped in 3 terms: September to December, January to March, April to June. Reminders at the start of each term and before each lunch cut-off date with dates will be sent via email prior to each term. You can get on the mailing list by registering your email here -- there is no obligation to order ;) 


Online ordering is strongly encouraged as we would like to phase out paper ordering and cheque and cash payments to reduce our administration workload. We can spend more time bringing the kids yummy lunches…and perhaps have Hot Lunch Days more often!

We offer a variety of menu items to make it fun, nutritious, and tasty for our kids.  You can choose all or some of the items.  If you have ordered lunch, you will automatically receive a reminder of the item you’ve ordered via your registered email address.  You can also go into your account to see what you have ordered.  Please send a lunch for your child if you haven’t ordered that day.


Please note the following important information:

  • Orders must be in by FRIDAY, the week prior to the hot lunch day. 
    Paper order forms are available in the office.
  • Once your orders are placed, requests for changes or cancels are subject to a $2.00 Fee. No changes will be permitted after the cut-off date.
  • As in previous years, LATE lunch orders will NOT be permitted.
  • Consistent with previous years, there are NO REFUNDS. 
  • If your child is ill on a hot lunch date, you are welcome to come and pick up their lunch at 12:00 noon. You may also choose to give your child’s meal to another child. For freshness, we cannot keep the food for your child until Monday. 
  • If your child has a field trip on a lunch day, the lunches will be kept in the PAC fridge for the students to pick up on their return to school. 
  • If your child will not be at school, or you no longer want that day’s order, you will have a chance to “Opt Out” of lunch dates at the end of the ordering session.
